Our client provides innovative, next generation housing software solutions for local government authorities and housing associations. Due to recent expansion, they are now looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their team.

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our client’s software solutions for both new and existing customers.

Working directly with customers, you’ll analyse their internal business processes in order to produce accurate configuration specifications. Overseeing the entire software implementation lifecycle, you’ll manage the scope of projects to ensure that timescales and budgets are adhered to.

Creating and maintaining project plans, you’ll ensure that quality systems are implemented in line with customers’ requirements and that QA procedures are completed at key project milestones.

Additionally, you’ll manage any project issues and risks, and notify the Programme Manager of any impact on project plans or budgets.

Your other duties will include:

- Servicing customer accounts to a high standard to enable future business development

- Creating project status reports

- Completing functional testing and managing the system rollout stages

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- At least three years’ proven project management experience gained within a client-facing software implementation role

- Experience of business analysis and client requirements gathering

- A hands-on approach to software delivery

- Good account management skills

Ideally, as a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you’ll have experience of implementing software used in the social housing arena. Experience of web based software implementations and roll outs would also be advantageous, as would a PRINCE2 qualification.
