A market leading UK organisation and FTSE100 company is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst to join the Glasgow-based team within a new permanent role.

The successful Business Analyst will support multiple business change projects and programmes, and will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:

* Definition and documentation of business requirements and business processes

* Supporting the production of estimates of analysis activity and Impact Assessments

* Leading the delivery of smaller change projects, with particular emphasis on budget management and governance

* Producing/delivering business readiness documentation and support

* Providing post-implementation support

It is essential that applicants have previous Business Analysis experience gained within a financial services and/or business process outsourcing environment. In addition, our client is looking for you to have the following:

* Experience of developing and managing key customer relationships, both internally and externally, with the focus on facilitating/running workshops from initial problem statements through requirements/data gathering, to implementation stage

* Working knowledge of Client Operating Models & Organisation

* Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to utilise analytical skills to solve business issues and propose solutions
