Sage 200 Support Consultant - London - 3 Months - £250-350

My client; a Sage Consultancy based in London, are looking for a well organised and highly capable Sage 200 Support Consultant to join their team. My client has extensive experience in delivering Sage products, including; Sage X3, Sage 1000,, Sage 500, Sage 200, ACT and CRm software. The successful Sage 200 Support Consultant will be, dealing with all incoming, support related customer enquiries, logging of support cases, define problems, investigate and provide solutions, running client migrations, keep CRM records accurate.

Essentials knowledge and experience;

- Sage Accreditation

- Professional experience in Sage accounting and ERP systems

- Industry knowledge and experience in accounting

- Proven track record of working in as a team to deliver tasks

- Report writing skills are an advantage

Personal skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Highly motivated

- Ability to manage workload and time according to deadlines

- Great attention to detail
