Business Analyst - Banking - Contract - London

My client, a London based bank, urgently requires an experienced hybrid BA/PM to assist in addressing their current approach to Settlements. The automated system which is in place proves over-complicated, and so, my client seeks a process driven Analyst who can provide a manual approach to Settlements, in order to simplify this.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an Excellent Treasury and Operations background, and to excel in the role they must have a strong aptitude for process mapping. This is in order that the business can reach a BAU position on Settlements.

This contract is 6 months rolling and daily rates of up to £700 have been signed off, for the correct applicant (based on experience, Current situation and relevance to this position.)

To succeed in this position, you must have:

* A Strong FS Background

* A Treasury and Operations background

* Strong settlements knowledge

* Great Process Mapping capabilities

* Experience working in a BAU environment

* Confidence facing off to stakeholders

* Strong team leadership - able to recognise strengths in others and implement them in the process.

* Excellent inter-personal skills
