Your key responsibilities

* Plan & Prepare against project briefs - to understand our clients' diverse needs and requirements, and define suitable project strategies and proposals utilising the group's resources and expertise. This also includes responding to tenders, writing reports and presentations, and other supportive literature.

* Develop & Deliver presentations, solutions and suitable marketing collateral to promote our portfolio of services accurately and confidently, in order to increase business conversion.

* Implement projects, goals and deliverables that support business targets in collaboration with the wider b usiness.

*Project Management - drive excellent strategy, effective communication and management throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the team, senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

This will involve producing recommendations, progress reports, scheduling and tracking timelines, milestones and achievements.

* Engage & Promote - Establish, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of projects.

What we're looking for

* Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a sales and/or project coordination capacity

* Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving capabilities

* Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients and other internal/external departments

* Strong client-facing and delivery of business solution skills

* Certifications in Prince2 (Foundation and/or Practitioner) & MS Project (desirable, not essential)
