My South-Edinburgh client is looking for a Test Lead who can contribute to the test team as well as managing/contributing to the test process through the software development lifecycle.

We are looking for a talented individual with a solid understanding of software quality processes, testing lifecycles and documentation. The successful candidate will lead a team of Automation and Manual testers as well as preparing and maintaining test strategy. You will be collaborating with the development team to ensure defects are fixed in a timely manner and providing additional support for manual test case creation and execution when needed.

Essential Skills

* 3 Years test team lead experience

* Experience of TDD / BDD approach to testing

* Experienced in both writing feature files and defining step definitions

* Automation Testing / Automation strategies

* Proven bug detection, isolation, and regression skills

* Excellent communication skills, as well as being flexible

* Experience of Agile development methods

Desirable Skills

* Test automation experience testing in web service API and iOS and Android device based environments

* SpecFlow with C#

* Experience of Selenium WebDriver and Appium
