PMO Manager required. Based in Aberdeen for an initial 12 month contract

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Programme Support

Support the Programme manager in production of programme level deliverables such as integrated schedules and plans, resource planning, report consolidation, support to various programme reviews (risk, readiness, quality etc.).

Project Control

Review project monthly reports & quality check performance KPIs and ensure these are complete, accurate & consistent. Ensure any anomalies or omissions are resolved by the PPM. Provide leadership team reports regarding the status of projects & as necessary comment on status, plans, forecasts & project processes.

Experience , Knowledge & behaviours

Essential

* Extensive experience in delivery of IT Projects

* Good knowledge of CVP or alternate stage gate decision process and understanding of underlying project methodologies

* Experience of working in a large global organization

* Experience of leading or working within a PMO

* Skilled in the use of MS Project
