Our client is a leading financial services organisation based in Edinburgh.

Due to an upturn in business activity and project growth - they currently need to on-board the following:

** Application Development Manager ** - Key skills/duties include (without being limited to)

**Development project leadership and experienced in motivating project teams

**Delivery of the development and management of development team

**Exposure and relevant technical experience of: .NET, WPF, MVVM, Java, Oracle

**Dealing with senior business users and knowledge of budgeting, planning and resourcing

Aside from the above skills and competencies, our client seeks a motivating, enthusiastic and dynamic individual - not afraid to face up to challenges and effectively communicate and interact with technical, non-technical staff and stakeholders.
