FINTEC recruit are looking for a Business Development Analyst for our client who is a fast growing laser and photonics company based in Glasgow. This is a permanent role with a salary range £23,000 - £27,000 with additional benefits. Some travel may be involved with this role.

Role and Responsibilities

* Manage initial customer enquiries via email and telephone

* Validate customers' needs and answer customer questions in conjunction with sales and technical teams

* Develop commercial tools and systems to update and manage new opportunities

* Provide sales analysis and sales reports ensuring sales goals and targets are achieved

* Work with the marketing team to plan and coordinate campaigns

* Possibly represent the company at Trade shows and events

The successful candidate for the Business Development Analyst position will have

* A background in Physics (preferably Lasers)

* A degree or postgrad in Business Studies (scientific, technical or engineering bias)

* The ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines

* The confidence to work with field experts

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
