Project Manager - Banking - Contract - London

My client, a Tier-1 bank within London are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the QRM vendor platform that is being implemented for interest rate risk reporting and hedging. This project manager role is responsible for the inception, planning and delivery of QRM across the cluster businesses.

The candidate must be able to lead and manage the delivery of large scale, complex change programmes and will be responsible for the coordination of plans across clusters (working with individual cluster PM leads), and ensuring a very firm interlock with the functional workstreams (i.e. reporting, reconciliations, model build, testing etc) and supporting businesses (i.e. Treasury, Finance, & Risk). This person will act as the ultimate "check and balance" to ensure my client have a viable and "joined up" plan across our clusters for the delivery of QRM, ensuring governance functions are considered throughout.

The role is offering a 6 month rolling contract, and will pay up to £650, based on experience and relevance for the position.

The ideal candidate must have:

* Extensive banking experience

* Strong Project/Programme Management

* Experience working around QRM

* Has worked in a Change initiative

* Strong Stakeholder management

* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

* Excellent leadership skills

* Ability to articulate a future vision
