G2G3 are currently recruiting for an experienced Content and Systems developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will be a blend requiring an overall understanding of various development methodologies which are essential to building the bespoke products created and supported across various serious gaming and client offerings.

You require to have hands on experience with the following:

* Agile environment experience and must have worked in a highly AGILE environment.

* WCF, SQL and/or Oracle in addition to knowledge of Windows Forms, WPF, SSIS & SSRS would be desirable.

* ASP.Net MVC, WebApi, Nunit and Owin

* C#

* Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and delivering SharePoint systems.

SharePoint experience should involve:

* In-depth technical and architectural experience of all aspect of SharePoint 2013/2010/o365/(including design, implementation, configuration, integration and administration)

* Expert knowledge of software development processes and best practices utilizing SharePoint and the Microsoft technology stack

* Experience of developing SharePoint components via Visual Studio Solutions - Event Receivers, Custom Web parts, Workflows etc

* Experienced of developing and deploying customized SharePoint solutions

* Advanced knowledge of Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Social Networking, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms

* Knowledge in leveraging Microsoft's suite of technologies for providing Business Intelligence solutions such as Microsoft SQL Server, Analysis Services, Integration Services, Reporting Services, PerformancePoint, and PowerPivot

Wider Microsoft and core development experience will include:

* In-depth experience with Microsoft.NET technologies is also required (eg ASP.NET, C#, XML, CSS, HTML, XSL, IIS, SQL Server, etc.)

* Strong Knowledge of InfoPath and SharePoint designer

* A solid understanding of Content Types and their purpose, Content Type Inheritance, the Content Type Hub and the Managed Metadata Service

* Business Data Connectivity Service and other Line of Business Integration Techniques

* Enterprise Search Service

* Experience with Nintex Workflow particularly around implementing complex solutions as well as Business Process automation

* PowerShell Scripted Deployment of Solutions into Development, UAT and Production

* JavaScript and JQuery for browser based UI manipulation

* Expert in content management systems who can consult on best practices and support production deployment

In depth knowledge of database development, schema creation and management is essential for this role:

1 Proven hands on database development skills using Oracle. Experience using SQL, PL/SQL and Linux/UNIX Scripting.

2 Experience of optimisation/performance tuning and bug fixing.

3 Solid experience of Database Development using SQL Server 2005/2008/2008R2 delivering high-performance large-scale database applications

4 A solid understanding of Relational Database theory and practice

5 Stored Procedure development and Performance tuning skills are essential

Further experience using Ektron framework API would also be beneficial including:

* Ektron eSync customization, set up and solr search configuration

* Ektron data package to move data between environments

* Should be able to resolve issues with Ektron installation and configuration

* Create and manage Ektron workflow and should be able to create complex smart forms

* Good knowledge of taxonomy and must have experience of widgets development

Additional requirements:

Candidates must be ready to travel across different locations on short notice and must be BPSS cleared.

This role will also require to possess knowledge of system hosting capabilities, deployment support and implementation of bespoke platforms for content management. Knowledge of ITIL processes and support to the home-grown platforms is imperative to the role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have stakeholder and client management experience along with a penchant to work with third party support.
