Multilingual Helpdesk - French and English

My client, an Investment Bank based in Edinburgh are looking to add to a growing team of multi-lingual IT help desk support staff. This opportunity is an initial 12 month contract to join a diverse team of individuals supporting the IT infrastructure across the UK and mainland Europe.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to develop their IT knowledge and utilise their language skills to assist European customers. It will also allow the successful candidate to gain exposure to the Financial Services industry.

For this great opportunity, the successful candidate will need to have the following skills:

* Corporate customer service experience - dealing with users via telephone, email and face to face. This will involve taking +20 calls and emails per day and being the 1st port of call in IT support

* French language working proficiency - need to be able to communicate on a business level in French, both written and verbal.
