Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Service Delivery Manager for a 3 month contract you will be responsible for the delivery of IT Services and manage a robust set of IT infrastructure and systems support.

We are seeking a technically focused individual to manage the service delivery function that encompasses service desk, field support and telecoms as well as IT infrastructure, networks and server farm.

Key accountabilities include:

*Manage all infrastructure services, networks and servers

*Manage all IT service desk operations , outsourced field support and telecoms

*Planning and overseeing all hardware and software upgrades and consolidations, with minimum user disruption

*Establish and maintain robust DR facilities

This is a genuine opportunity for an applicant who has demonstrable experience in service and infrastructure management and appropriate project management for IT infrastructure projects, in addition to good experience of LAN/WAN/VPN technologies as well as an indepth knowledge of VMware and related virtualisation technologies.
