About the role

Using your extensive project management experience, you’ll work with the Portfolio Management team to develop our PM capability. You’ll ensure that the organisation has the capability to deliver projects successfully, through collaboratively developing our project management framework and standards; best practice tools and processes. You’ll also foster a sense of community among project managers through the delivery of periodic formal and informal events designed to develop knowledge and capability, sharing best practice and learnings.

About you

Having a wealth of project management experience in a complex organisation and having influenced at a senior level, you’ll know how to continue to mobilise a global community to use consistent framework and tools. Currently working as a senior project/programme manager, you’ll be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering significant change through project management. As a member of the Association for Project Management, you’ll bring with you your knowledge of project management best practice and have examples where you have practically applied this. You will be engaging, highly articulate, and as a good communicator you’ll be able to naturally facilitate meetings and workshops. You’ll be able to pick up and continue agreed objectives effectively and deliver these to a high standard. Your enthusiasm will shine through in all that you say and do.
