Business Systems Analyst : Permanent : Glasgow : up to 40K

Abrecco wish to recruit an experienced Business Systems Analyst on behalf of our client based in Glasgow. Our client is going through a huge programme of work across a number of business areas and has multiple projects planned that provide huge benefits for their business; this has resulted in the need to recruit a Business Systems Analyst to help deliver these projects. Working as part of the Group IT team you will be responsible for defining business requirements, assessing the impact of changes, identifying suitable technology options, and helping deliver the business case for investment : this includes managing competitive tendering for products or services. It is envisaged you will support current ?in scope? projects and provide technical innovation and architecture experience to future projects : ensuring our client?s group companies compete in their marketplaces with technology that drives their growth. Our client is looking for you to demonstrate the following skills:

Essential:

- Business and systems analysis experience

- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details

- Experienced at prioritising multiple requirements

- Experience in translating functional requirements into technical documents

- Architecture / Design experience

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Team player, strong relationship builder

- Experienced at facilitating workshops / training / presentations

Desirable:

- Previous ERP project experience

- Any experience within the manufacturing sector

- Good understanding of current technology and how it impacts an enterprise-level organisation
