IT Support Technician Opportunity!

Are you a driven and energetic individual looking for the next challenge in your career?

My client based in the heart of Glasgow is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their support team. You will be part of an exciting and fast based environment where excellent customer service is key. You will be responsible for answering calls and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Technical Based Experience:

You should meet the following criteria -

* A minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Service desk/Help desk environment.

* A minimum of 2 years experience in 1st line server and PC support.

* Experience in Configuration, maintenance and management of Networks/Servers/PC's and OS.

* MS Server 2003 and above.

* MS exchange Server 2003 and above.

* Experience in Windows XP - 8.

* Have a working knowledge of Office 2003 and above.

Personal Skills:

* As the working environment is fast paced and constantly evolving you need to eager and quick to learn new technologies and skills.

* You will be experienced in liaising with technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring understanding at all levels.

* Be a good listener.

* You must be driven and enthusiastic about your work and not afraid to get your hands dirty!
