IT Support Analyst

My client based in Edinburgh are looking for an IT Support Analyst on an intial 6 month contract.

You will be working on the implementation and support of new changes and policies to the organisations infrastructure. Introducing these, you will then be providing VIP support for any issues that arise.

With support, service desk, business change and VIP user support experience, you must also have experience in the following

Windows 7

Windows 8

Microsoft Office 2010

Microsoft Office 2013

Tablet technologies including Android, IOS and Windows

Wireless technology

Remote Access Server [RAS]

CISCO Virtual Private Network

Bitlocker Drive Encryption

Sharepoint 2007 - 2013

MS Lync 2010 onwards

MS One Note 2010 onwards

Mobile telephony particularly Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)

Broadband technology including wireless
