Lead Business Analyst : Software / Systems : Aberdeen - 55k Abrecco wish to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Business Analyst with team lead / line management experience to join an international market leading software house in Aberdeen, whose innovative solutions are used globally throughout a number of industry sectors. In this exciting role you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts tasked with ensuring the company product meets the expectations and requirements set out by the end client. To be considered for this role you will have: Essential: - Strong Business Analysis experience within a commercial product environment. - Ability to facilitate workshops & meeting to gather requirements - Excellent communication and documentation skills with experience working with cross functional teams - Mentoring / line Management experience / potential.
