The IT Service Delivery Manager will manage the IT site based personnel and deliver IT services at the Burnley site in a manner consistent with Boohoo IT Governance. Support the site management in achievement of their KPIs and targets.

Service Delivery

Work with Boohoo Management to identify& agree requirements for IT SLAs for Burnley site.

Liaise with Central IT to define site SLA requirements and implement with IT partners/suppliers.

Ensure that achievement of SLAs are monitored and regularly reported to Boohoo Management.

Manage the onsite team of IT officers to ensure a full 365 / 24/ 7support for all aspects of site IT.

Develop a training plan for site IT officers to achieve 1st level support on all site applications and identify and nominate 2nd level support Subject area experts.

Work with subject area experts to develop site daily / weekly IT routines and manage adherence

Programme Management

Work with Boohoo Program Managers and Boohoo IT to identify and resolve resource conflicts.

In conjunction with Central IT identify and plan site IT related projects and communicate regular updates to site management.

Develop good relationships with all Central IT departments and agree escalation process for all key functions.

Projects

Take ownership of the IT aspects of projects, overseeing progress and ensuring adherence to Boohoo policies and IT strategy

Manage small projects in accordance with the standards for Boohoo Project Management Methodology

Liaise with Boohoo Head of Operations & management teams regarding progress, costs and delivery expectations

General

Work with Finance to review re-charges to Boohoo service providers and implement cost saving initiatives.

Liaise with Central IT to ensure all site hardware and software solutions can deliver Boohoo business requirements within logistics.

Provide input into the preparation for new projects & processes , ensuring that solutions are achievable and costs are realistic

Become a fully contributing member of the site senior management team

Skill Requirements:

Must have WMS, preferably JDA/Red Prairie or similar experience - Essential

Carrier Management Systems experience - Essential

Knowledge of SQL - Desirable

Experienced general management techniques. People, Process and Technology

Ideally have IT Service delivery experience and strong project management skills

Direct experience of a logistics operation

Experienced in the preparation of costing’s and proposals for IT solutions

An assertive self-starter, able to drive projects through to completion

Strong communication and influencing skills

Experienced in coordinating the efforts of third parties to satisfy customer requirements

Working Environment:

This role is based at the Burnley site and will require access to both Office and Operational areas. There will be occasional travel to the Head Office at Manchester.
