Engineering manager / Technical leadI am currently working with a client based in Central London that is seeking an engineering manager that has experience in Image detection to work with them in both Research and development of the semiconductor products that they are working on. This company is not looking to limit themselves by a salary figure but from working with them before and for a role that is this senior I would expect a salary range of £60,000 - £100,000.The summary of the skill required includes:

Working within Imaging technologies for at least 10 years, Specifically hardware design of imaging systems.Significant engineering experience leading multidisciplinary teams (through several delivered multi-year projects/programs)At least 6 years of experience leading/managing large projects and teams.Strong project management skills.A comprehension within detectors.Experience working with leading academic institutions or large imaging system OEMs.A large amount of experience in taking a project from concept to manufacturer.Six Sigma.
