Business Analyst/Project Manager

Business Analyst/Project Manager required to join a top tier bank based in the City of London. The Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of change projects, these projects will need to be of high quality and delivered in line with the time deadline and budget. The ideal Business Analyst/Project Manager would have experience dealing with Stakeholders and delivering a wealth of business change projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst/Project Manager includes:

* Managing Stakeholder expectations, ensuring that the Stakeholder requirements are fulfilled

* Managing and delivering the projects that introduce the changes to the business

* Ensuring the completion of the end to end project lifecycle - implementation delivery management, and BAU acceptance

* To identify, quantify, plan, control and report the delivery activity

* Delivering business analysis in change projects - Business requirements definition , the business operation design and project change impact assessments

* Testing user scenarios, conditions, data and scripts

The Business Analyst/Project Manager should have:

* Project Management experience within a financial institution is crucial

* Previous experience managing various business change projects within a financial sector

* Previous experience managing Stakeholders

* Project management certifications (PMP or Prince 2) will be desirable

* Maintenance of Stakeholder relationships

* Experience delivering end to end project life cycles

* Experience with user Acceptance Testing; test scenarios, test conditions, test data and test scripts.
