C++ Developer / C++ Software Engineer (UNIX Linux JavaScript Python Perl Multi-threading C++). Global financial institution is seeking a skilled C++ Developer to join a small talented team. You will design and develop high performance software deployment systems, used by thousands of developers around the world.

As a C++ Developer you will introduce improvements and enhancements for this critical server-side infrastructure, including adding a dedicated content delivery network for package deployments within the data centres. This distributed system pushes out upwards of 300 Gig per hour and is driven by multi-threaded C++ services, along with some JavaScript and Python.

Based in fantastic offices in the City, you will work with the latest technologies and techniques to devise innovative solutions to challenging issues.

Requirements:

                               Strong C++ skills

                               Good understanding of libraries and software systems design

                               Experience of multi-threading

                               Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

                               Excellent written and verbal communication skills

                               Linux / UNIX programming skills would be desirable

                               Prior experience with distributed systems would be an advantage

                               Ideally, knowledge of JavaScript, Python or Perl

As a C++ Developer / C++ Software Engineer you can expect to earn a highly competitive salary (to £90k - dependant on skillset and depth of knowledge), bonus and benefits package.
