As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our client’s pre-sales activities. Specifically, you will manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end implementation of customer services.

Utilising your technical expertise, you will proactively analyse customers’ online traffic, quality and alerts in relation to compliance, service flow and errors. You will provide customers with quotations and highlight additional services that may help them to achieve their business objectives.

Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved, you’ll liaise with customers to review their service and effectively resolve any issues. Additionally, you’ll examine customers’ data and experiences to recommend further improvements to company products.

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you must have:

- Previous technical implementation experience, gained within the mobile or telecoms industry and/or in an environment working with SaaS (Software as a Service) products

- Experience of SMS and mobile payments

- The ability to consult on HTML optimisation and SOAP (XML over HTTP) web service integrations

Analytical and decisive, as the Service Delivery Manager, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Great multi-tasking and organisation abilities are also key, as is the drive to effectively initiate, execute and complete tasks.

Experience with Putty and/or Linux terminal based applications would be beneficial to your application.
