Systems Administrator - Liverpool Street, Central London - Salary dependent on experience - Financial Technology Company

Systems Administrator - Role:

One of the most exciting Financial Technology start-ups in Central London is currently looking for a Systems Administrator to join their rapidly expanding company. Every year they processed over £5 billion worth in foreign exchange and international payments.

They are looking for a Systems Administrator with good experience of cloud providers including AWS (Amazon Web Services) or equivalent as well as experience using virtualisation technologies such as VMware and strong database experience.

The main body of the role will see the Systems Administrator taking on responsibility for various production, test and development environments and making sure that all the essential services are maintained at an optimum level of both performance and availability. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a great bonus scheme as well as training courses where appropriate.

Systems Administrator - Profile:

·Strong experience using Linux, using Red Hat or equivalent as well as strong scripting skills.

·Virtualisation experience including VMware or equivalent.

·Experience of cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar.

·Experience in design and maintenance of a UNIX based infrastructure.
