THE COMPANY:

A well-known travel brand is looking for a CRM Analyst to join their central London based team. You will work on a range of campaigns targeting millions of customers. Your role will be broad and you will work across analytics insight, customer loyalty and behaviour to provide actionable insight.

CAMPAIGN ANALYST - ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the successful CRM Analyst you will work closely with both Managers and Analysts to ensure you meet target and requirements given. You will use SQL and SAS to carry out data selections and segmentations which will allow you to successfully target customers. You will develop statistically whilst also working closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A suitable applicant will have the following experience:

* A degree, or equivalent (2:1 or above) in a numerate subject such as mathematics or statistics

* Experience using SAS / SQL to analyse large and varied datasets, extracting data and using analysis techniques including customer profiling / segmentation within a campaign/ CRM environment

* Excellent communication skills are necessary as this is a client-facing role and findings must be communicated to both internal and external parties, as well as to non-technical audiences

* Experience working in a retail, direct marketing, agency, consultancy, e-commerce, online, utilities, FMCG or similar environment will be beneficial

DAY RATE:

The CRM analyst can earn from £250 - £300 per day
