IT Trainer ***Fixed Term Contract***

Our Client, globally recognized staffing and recruitment provider is currently looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join their team on a FTC basis.

The role will be based in Head Office in Central London with travel to various other locations UK wide (predominantly Birmingham) on a weekly/monthly basis according to course requirements.

You will be delivering training sessions predominantly based around bespoke CRM system; hence previous experience is essential to be considered for this role.

Desired Skills and Experience:

*IT Training experience is essential for this role.

*Proven track record in delivery of blended learning, including soft skills, classroom training, 1-on-1 mentoring, eLearning, seminars, management & leadership training & interactive workshops

*Implementation of a wide range of eLearning, web based and IT learning programmes

*Experience of working in a recruitment environment would be highly desirable.

*Interactive delivery of classroom based academies and apprenticeship programmes

*Collaboration with key stakeholders and staff of varying levels of experience & capability

*Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

*Resilient with flexible approach to change and short notice objectives

Design & review:

*Contributing to course programme and training material review

*Offering innovative solutions to continually improve customer and delegate experience

Administrative duties:

*Creation & version control of all training materials

*Dissemination of evaluation forms and training certificates

*Management information & statistical data

*Diary management

*Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
