The project lead works in an international team on technical software development projects for clients in the oil&gas industry. All software will be developed and tested in Den Haag. The project lead is responsible for running IT projects all over the world but mainly in the Netherlands and the Middle East.

The team of 15 project managers will be responsible for more than $75 million in 2015. As a project lead you support the project managers by working close together with the clients and an IT department of 80 people who develop their own software. Project scope must be clear as well as the project plans. You will be driving all project activities, taking actions and calculate risks to make sure the delivery is perfect. Knowledge of Product and Project life cycles is important to understand the type of projects they run.

Your experience:

*University Degree

*Minimum of 2 years experience in project management or project support

*Commercial experience with International Enterprise companies at a consultancy

*Experience with managing or supporting software development implementation projects (EUR3-10 million with 10-30 people)

*Prince2, ITIL or other related certificates (PM-BOK)

*Fluent in English and Dutch

*Experience with working in the engineering or oil&gas industry is a plus
