Avaya Telecoms & VC Engineer - Global Professional Services - City - £50-52k (flexible for the right person) & benefits

A position has become available within a strong Network & Voice team of 5 within a global professional services firm based in a fantastic London location. This role requires someone with strong Avaya phone experience, most likely having been in a dedicated role similar to this in the last 2-3 years.

The successful person would be working across an environment of nearly 3,000 people spread across over 20 countries, with each office having their own comms room. The environment is friendly but hard working with a great culture of promotion from within, as the company continues to grow there are more and more opportunities for people to step up into lead roles. The IT department is currently around 90 people.

Responsibilities

Building/ maintaining global Avaya communication manager

2nd/ 3rd line troubleshooting

Take the lead on Avaya projects on a global scale

Being the 'face' of the business when visiting sites

Due to the team this role sits in, you would also have the opportunity should you be interested to get involved across Cisco Networking, unified comms & and an up and coming SIP project.

This is an urgent role with interviews able to happen at short notice.
