Quantity Surveyor -Highways Maintenance Freelance

Our client a leading specialist Highways Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on a framework project in the Birmingham area on a 12 month contract

The successful candidate will have a Civils, utilities or Telecoms experience and will be responsible to the commercial manager. You will be required to work as the Quantity Surveyor based in the office and will be working alongside the client Commercial Manager on a framework agreement

To be considered for this job you must:

* Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously

* Have experience working on Highways, utilities or telecoms

* Able to work on variations, bills of quants, valuations from Design stages

* Experience on NEC and bespoke forms of contract

* Able to report and present the information to operations team and client

* Good client interfacing skills

Remuneration

Rate: up to £250 per day

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: West Birmingham

Start date: Immediate
