My client is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their team although a graduate candidate showing the correct attributes will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and Develop Video and Audio Technologies.

* Undertake unit and system testing.

* Work as part of a team environment whilst also being able to work on sole projects.

* Actively contribute to the evolution of the development process.

* Work with clients and team members to ensure quality projects are completed.

Requirements

* Object oriented design and methodologies

* Development of embedded systems in a Linux environment

* Experience of developing device drivers

* Degree in Computer Science or similar degree

* C++/C programming

Additional Requirements

* Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

* Some knowledge of standard networking protocols

* Familiarity with Git

* Video / Audio Streaming / Codec Knowledge
