eCommerce Transformation Project Manager

A leading Defence company require 2 Transformation PM's for eSourcing & eCollaboration projects. Based in Scotstoun, Glasgow. Initial 6 month contracts.

The e-Commerce programme is one of 5 core Supply Chain transformation activities, delivering source-to-pay technology.

We are seeking 2 experienced eCommerce/eBusiness Project Managers for the development and deployement of the following new technology/software -

- eSourcing (1 position)

- eCollaboration (1 position)

**Responsibilites**

- Leadership and management of projects, including governance and reporting

- Contribute to the definition, development and delivery of eCommerce, Sourcing, data exchange and transaction Strategy

- Plan the implementation of new eCommerce solutions, including stakeholder management, UAT, configuration and training.

- Manage the relationship with technology and service providers

- Work with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Engineering, IM&T and governance to ensure the solution is optimally configured and meets our policy guidelines

- Provide subject matter expertise to end users

- Formally engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure full awareness and endorsement of transformation

**Technology Specific Experience**

eSourcing

- Experience building and managing complex eFRx and eAuctions, including route to market strategy

- Experience configuring and optimising eSourcing tolls

- Strong technical knowledge of eSourcing software and capabilities

- Good understanding of Strategic Sourcing and Category Management

- Experience of IBM Emptoris Sourcing platform
