Business Applications Analyst

My Edinburgh based client are currently recruiting for a business applications Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will require the relevant individual to act as the main point of contact for the business on applications including Qlikview, JD Edwards and further products. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Planning and Forecasting systems along with maintaining and developing the Reporting and BI Qlikview systems.

You will be tasked with assisting in the full process for all Business applications including module development and training and support

Key skills for this role will include:

* Knowledge of SQL

* Experience of BI tool sets including Microsoft and Qlikview

* JD Edwards experience

* An ability to work with and interpret financial data including statements

* Multi-dimensional planning experience

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office particularly Excel
