My Small Glasgow based client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer. The perfect candidate should have a solid foundation in providing first line support across the Microsoft stack.

Technical Based Experience:

You should meet the following criteria -

* A minimum of 2 years recent experience in an IT Service desk/Help desk environment.

* A minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft Active Directory experience.

* Experience in Configuration, maintenance and management of PC's and OS.

* Experience in Windows XP - 8

* Have a working knowledge of Office 2003 and above.

* Configuration and maintenance of IPhone, Android and blackberry.

Personal Skills:

* A Full British Driving licence is essential.

* As the working environment is fast paced and constantly evolving you need to eager and quick to learn new technologies and skills.

* You will be experienced in liaising with technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring understanding at all levels.

* You must be driven and enthusiastic about your work and not afraid to get your hands dirty!

Salary:

£18,000 to £23,000 DOE.
