This Account Manager role is working with a UK based Global Investment Management software/ services company who have strategic growth plans. They are looking for ambitious Account managers who have had previous exposure to account management/ client services role preferably within the end user.

The company itself already holds a great share within the market and are rapidly expanding. They take pride in their team and are looking for people in which they can invest in and move forward with the business. The team dynamic is very diverse and they often enjoy social events and a number of team outings.

Salary: 50 - 70k

Permanent Position

Based in London

Within the Account Manager role you will be expected to work in a partnership with clients, fully understanding their needs and requirements and you will be responsible for the whole process. There are a number of key responsibilities to name a few…

* Proactively reviewing the core service components provided

* Facilitating and participating in the end to end demonstration of systems

* Information sharing with senior stakeholders

* Providing a cross departmental single point of escalation to clients

* Actively monitoring and driving project to their successful conclusion
