Quantity Surveying - Construction

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a temporary basis within a very successful construction cost consultancy within Central London. The driven team of consultants pride themselves on their involvement in prestigious and complex projects within the commercial, High-end Residential, Retail and Mixed-use sectors.

The company have experienced unprecedented growth in the last 12 months and are currently at the point of having to turn down work to ensure that they can deliver their current projects to the highest standards. Because of this, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London on a freelance basis for a minimum of 3-6 months, although there is a strong likelihood that this will be extended.

The opportunity:

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have experience in the Commercial, Retail, High-end Residential or Mixed-Use projects.

They shall also be capable of working the full life cycle of a project from implementation to completion.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall also be undertaking both client facing and office based work from their modern, City based offices.

The Key Requirements

* 7+years' experience working in the construction industry, ideally within the London Commercial, Retail, High-end Residential or Mixed-Use market

* BSc Quantity Surveying or comparable

* MRICS status ideally, but experience will also be looked upon favourably

* Ambitious individual with an out-going personality

The Money

Up to £370 per day
