And with ever more businesses and governments seeking new ways to make the most of their assets and drive down costs, we’re looking for bright, talented Project and Programme Management Consultants to join our Bid and Programme Management Capability Practice in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in mission-critical projects and accelerate your career progression.
You’ll take full responsibility for a variety of challenging programmes, from planning to execution and closure. This will entail ensuring that project plans and estimates for bids are developed effectively, managing individual projects through to on-time, on-budget conclusion and taking into account a variety of perspectives including resourcing, quality and communications. Key will be your ability to provide robust leadership to a high-performing team, advise and coach client personnel.
With a good understanding of project, programme and bid management, supported by relevant qualifications, you’ll have a proven track record of delivering sizeable, technically complex projects. Strong verbal communication, written presentation and report-writing skills are essential. We’re also looking for solid knowledge of project control, financial reporting, budgeting and process development, plus experience of risk management and understanding of Earned Value Management.
