My client a market leading financial services company are looking to add a new member to their FIX support team due to growth within the company. My client is looking to add an individual with experience of working in a client facing role to be their first point of contact in regards to IT issues. Requirements:

* Higher education qualification (HND/HNC/Degree)

* Experience of supporting a FIX environment

* High level UNIX experience ( AWK, Perl Scripting, etc.)

* Experience of working in a client facing support position

* Experience of working within a financial institution

Responsibilities:

* FIX on boarding

* Problem management

* System management

* Implementation of new client connections
