C++ Developer / C++ Programmer (UNIX Perl Python SQL C++). Tier 1 Investment Bank is seeking a talented C++ Developer to build, test and deploy new features, strategies and algorithms for multiple asset classes globally. This is a highly challenging technical role, where you will be a key player in ensuring the continued success of the company’s algorithmic trading approaches.

As a C++ Developer you will join a newly formed team, developing the execution engines and order scheduling systems, maintaining stability and availability of the plant, and managing the configuration of the various trading strategies. Based in stylish offices in Canary Wharf, this is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be well-rewarded for your successes and innovations.

Requirements:

                                         Strong C++ skills

                                         Good understanding of Linux / UNIX

                                         Experience of Perl and / or Python scripting

                                         Strong knowledge of databases, ideally SQL

                                         Risk management experience

                                         Previous experience of FIX protocol
