My client has over 20 years experience of delivering excellence in web based software solutions for major bluechip organisations across multiple sectors.

As developer you will be required to work alongside UX designers, project managers, test analysts, engineers and clients to build high quality, UX-driven systems, so you will need to be able to communicate well with colleagues and clients at all technical levels.

As a developer specialising in .NET you will have a working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET and MVC, SQL Server, HTML, Javascript and Test Driven Development. You will also have awareness of a variety of technologies and techniques including build automation and web service frameworks. You will also need to be adaptable; able to join and contribute to teams working with technologies outside your primary skill set.

Essential Skills

* C# and .NET Framework

* Visual Studio 2012 and 2013

* MS SQL Server and tSQL

* ASP .NET MVC

Desirable

* Dependency Injection using IoC Frameworks such as Castle Windsor

* Working knowledge of ORM Frameworks (NHibernate, Simple.Data)

* Unit Testing and Mocking Frameworks (NUnit, NSubstitute)

* Alternative view engines such as Spark View Engine

* Database versioning and migration (Fluent Migrator)

* JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS)
