IT Trainer - Leading Law Firm

As an IT Trainer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering an effective in-house IT training service.

Coaching and mentoring learners, you’ll deliver training on commonly used programs such as MS Office, as well as specific in-house applications. You’ll provide learners with constructive feedback to enable them to perform to the best of their ability.

Liaising with the IT Team, you’ll help to deliver the company’s IT training strategy. You’ll use both eLearning and online resources to develop and maintain course materials, training documents and exercises.

You’ll work with the Service Team to address and capture any training issues. Additionally, you’ll evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes.

To be considered, you must have:

- Experience of designing and delivering training, including inductions and one-to-ones, within a professional services environment

- A track record of leading projects and participating in the training aspects of project rollouts

- Experience of web-based and eLearning training environments

- An IT or training qualification such as PTLLS, CIPD, TAP or CompTIA CTT+

- A Microsoft Certified Trainer qualification or similar vendor certification

Personable and professional, as an IT Trainer, you must have the ability to effectively communicate information to staff at all levels.
