Senior .net Developer with Javascript, JQuery, NoSQL skills required for an initial 6 month contract in Glasgow to work on a major Greenfield Eccomerce project.

With an enterprise scale transformation project in the wings my client are currently looking for a best of breed Developer with a passion for Development and best practice such as Continuous Integration to join and assist them in delivering it to completion.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Serve as the main Developer on the project

- Liaise with the IT Manager and board of Directors on the design build and progress of the project

- Ensure consistent and quality driven coding

- Be expected to bring a wealth of knowledge and communicate "out of the box ideas" to the team

- Have previous experience in the delivery of new systems and the maintenance of previous existing ones

- Have at least 2 years commercial experience

- Run and contribute to regular daily scrums

- Create a healthy code base for the initial development of the project

- Deliver the full lifecycle of the project

- Report regularly to senior management on the progress of the project

Skills required:

- You will need to have at least 4 + years experience in working with .Net / ASP / C# based technologies

- Enterprise / commercial experience with full stack development - HTML / CSS / Javascript / Jquery

- A background of working with NOSQL and Azure based hosting would be highly beneficial for future based project work

- Best practice experience and a keen interest towards Test Driven Development and Continuous Intergration
