IT Project Manager / Junior Product Owner (Agile Web). Hugely successful, market leading financial start-up is seeking a very bright junior or entry level IT Project Manager. You will work alongside the Lead Project Manager on a wide range of exciting B2C and B2B IT projects in this rapidly growing organisation.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with the development Scrum teams, as well as fulfilling the Product Owner role within the Scrum process for one or more projects. The role will also include close liaison with IT Managers, QA, and key stakeholders within IT and the wider business. This role based in Central London is largely non-technical, although you should have a keen interest in technology.

Requirements:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

                                                                                                                                                                                                                   A confident, out-going communicator who is happy interacting and making presentations to senior stakeholders

                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Proven project management skills (exceptional graduates with a project management component in their degree will be considered)

                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Strong business analysis skills - requirements gathering, documentation etc.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                   A minimum of a 2.1 degree from a top-tier university, possibly Russell Group

                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Ability to work within a challenging dynamic environment, whilst maintaining Project Management best practice

                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Previous exposure to Agile or iterative development principles would be desirable, ideally Scrum
