Project Manager

The Opportunity:

My client is looking for an intermediate project manager within the Retail sector preferably with Feasibility experience.

The Company:

My client is an independent, multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy. They provide consultancy services in sectors that include education, health, industrial, leisure, offices and commercial, mixed-use and regeneration, residential, retail, and sports, and offer many opportunities to build a successful career within the firm and to become part of a strong team.

Academic requirements:

* A degree in a surveying, construction or an engineering discipline or appropriate experience

* It would also be desirable to have a further qualifications such as a Masters degree, Prince 2 or MSP Practitioner qualifications

Required attributes:

* The ability to work independently and be self-motivated

* The ability to manage your time effectively, to supervise others when required and to delegate efficiently

* Good team building skills

* To possess good verbal communication and report writing skills

Salary and rewards:

* Circa £35,000
