Senior Programme Manager for this innovative music technology company to report directly to CEO

To £90,000 per annum Dalston, London E8

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with experience in start-up environments to ensure the implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of all of the company's projects and programs. The Senior Programme Manager will:

* Provide leadership and direction for all programs and projects to ensure all customer needs are satisfied

* Introduce and develop strategic planning and budgeting initiatives

* Ensure all projects are well aligned, monitored and delivered from initial concept to final delivery

* Develop collaboration and coordination across multi-disciplinary functions

* Create strong stakeholder, customer and supplier relationships

* Improve project tool methodologies, risk & issue management, change control and escalation processes

* Provide team direction allowing for the unique & complementary roles & interdependencies of the company

As creators of the award-winning Seaboard GRAND, a revolutionary musical instrument that has received worldwide attention from artists and the press, and selling in 32 countries, the business continues to grow at a rapid pace.

You will join a fast moving team with a diverse range of skills and talents focussed on pioneering innovative touch technologies in music and beyond. You will be able to take advantage of a state of the art design lab, free home-made GOLDnola, the outpourings of the juicer, freshly baked bread, vegetarian lunch, proper coffee and develop your creative new ideas in their "Hack" sessions.

The Person

The successful Senior Programme Manager will have skills, qualification, experience in:

* A degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline

* Ability to lead and deliver consumer electronics design programmes / projects

* Strong working knowledge of electronics and practical skills

* Motivating multi-disciplined teams (preferably) within a start-up environment

* Excellent communication, presentation and customer facing skills

* Strength and confidence to drive planning and scheduling for multiple projects
