Senior Project Manager / Programmer Manager / Program Manager - Agile, Media, VOD, Video on Demand

Our client is looking for a Programme Manager to join their Osterley based team. This is a contract role that has a 6 month duration.

Role Responsibilities:

* Establish and own programme governance, including Steering Committee

* Maintain programme-level planning, with associated tooling (e.g. Jira)

* Own communication of programme vision and progress to wider community

* Ensure programme remains aligned to business goals

* Own programme budget

Specialist Knowledge:

* Familiarity with enterprise scale distributed systems and their architecture

* Extensive experience delivering programmes through teams that have adopted Agile practices, including Continuous Delivery

Technical Skills:

* Needs to have managed Software Development delivery programmes, not just as a customer

* Strong technology background is beneficial

Soft Skills:

* Logical, thorough and task-focused, with an eye for detail.

* Flexibility to adjust to change and still meet challenging deadlines.

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* Team player, excelling in the values of professionalism, responsibility, respect, mutuality and improvement.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
