.NET/C#/MVC Architect - £40k to £50k Salary and Remote Working - Forfar

A .NET architect with a strong design and development background is needed to join one of Forfar's technology leading and biggest IT employers at their UK headquarters.

The business themselves have been going for over 20 years, are very cash rich, huge European presence and have a international, growing client base in both the private and public sector. They have recently acquired brand new, long-term contracts with multi million pound investment and need someone to take a lead in designing/developing the next generation of products with the latest technologies at their finger tips.

Offering extensive training on the job and continued certification courses for all of their Technical staff and looking after them extremely well, this is one of the reasons they retain anyone who work for them for multiple years and generally only ever recruit due to growth.

The Role:

The main requirements to the job inc:

- Design and develop the business's exciting next generation of products using C#, ASP.NET and MVC

- Leading a small team of 3 to 4 developers and with the option to increase head count in line with .NET architectural plans

- Perform completely brand new Greenfield projects and cloud based/web form products (from design stage to full implementation)

- Continuous innovation with the latest technologies (including Big Data)

- Supports product training efforts and draft training materials for users

Skills Required:

Proven experience in .NET development is required.

- Strong architect/design experience using ASP.NET, C# and MVC

- Demonstrated success with resolving problems and issues and working with participants.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.

- Demonstrated success working as architect of a highly dynamic and motivational team.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
