CRM Programme Manager - PMP / PRINCE2

As the CRM Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our client’s ambitious CRM project. You will also help to enhance the company’s office programme processes.

In this integral role, you’ll ensure that all back office systems and processes are robust enough to support our client’s ongoing growth into new and emerging markets.

Liaising with internal stakeholders and third party suppliers, you’ll develop project schedules, resource requirements and plans to address any risks or issues. You’ll put QA processes in place to ensure that projects are completed within deadlines and on budget.

Additionally, you’ll measure the effectiveness of the CRM programme and ensure all that vendor contracts are aligned with project expectations.

To be considered, you must have:

- At least three years’ experience of working as a programme manager, including experience of delivering technology and infrastructure projects

- Previous experience of using MS Dynamics

- A proven track record of delivering CRM and contract management applications

- Experience of managing the end-to-end delivery of the system lifecycle

- Previous experience of leading or acting in a senior capacity in a multi-site ERP solution

- Exposure to Agile and waterfall project management techniques

- The ability to manage medium to large sized technology and non-technology platforms

- A PMP or PRINCE2 qualification

Decisive and confident, as the CRM Programme Manager, you must have a superb leadership style with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organisation. Strong time-management, planning and multi-tasking skills are also key.

Experience of implementing programme office efficiency, enhancement and transformation would be beneficial to your application. Knowledge of the P3M3 maturity model would also be advantageous.
