Experienced Connected Car Project Manager with excellent Commercial acumen.

What to expect

From checking fuel levels remotely and finding a vehicle in a car park, to alerting a driver to attempted theft, our Connected Car technology is breaking new ground. When you join us, you'll join our Connected Car team and work with our National Sales Company (NSC) and Procurement & Legal department to identify and appoint the third-party service providers required to deliver stolen vehicle tracking, emergency call and roadside assistance services, and ensure contracts and service level agreements are in place. Delivering a strong communication plan to customers, dealers, suppliers and within the NSC, and ensuring market requirements are understood by our Communications and PR teams, you'll also manage the delivery of a training plan.

Benefits

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you will find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team. As well as the impressive benefits that all our employees receive (including a privilege car purchase scheme, competitive pension scheme and 26 days holiday entitlement), there are some additional benefits open to our Managers. This includes access to our highly competitive Employee Car Ownership (ECO) scheme which provides a car at extremely favourable cost compared to traditional company car lease schemes. In addition to the car scheme we provide private health cover (which includes travel insurance) and performance-related bonus schemes. All this and more makes the perfect place to continue your journey.

What you'll need

A genuine self-starter with a high degree of confidence and professionalism, you'll have a great track record of delivering commercial programmes and developing service level agreements and contracts involving technology. It's essential that you have expert knowledge of MS Project and project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMBOK, PMI and MSP, and we'll also look for a track record of building strong relationships with third-party suppliers who deliver services to our customers. An inspirational communicator and educated to degree level, you'll be at a distinct advantage if you have a working knowledge of telematics and the automotive industry.

To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
