Incident Manager

Location: London

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: £350 per day

Role Information:

* I am actively looking for Incident Managers for a 6 month initial contract role for a Financial Services Client based in London.

* The successful candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of an Incident in a controlled and effective manner. Also managing incident escalations and communicates incident progress.

* Once on site you will also chair incident recovery meetings, create recovery plans and take accountability for relationships with internal and 3rd party teams.

* Working alongside and in unison with the Defect Management team in order to create the best possible outcome.

* One KPI to you will be measured against once on site is driving down the incident resolution time and therefore the impact on test execution.

Required Skills:

* Candidates should demonstrate previous experience in Incident Management positions.

* Able to coordinate and communicate with a range of different stakeholders both internal and external.

* Proactive and ability to chase and close incidents.

* Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present to senior stakeholders in the business.

Client Information:

* Our client is a large blue-chip IT outsourcing organisation based in London, this role would be working on site for one of their Financial Services clients on a 6 month contract.
