Information Risk Analyst - Application Security - London

My Client, A Leading Financial Services Company, are recruiting for an Information Risk Analyst to be part of the Capital Markets Technology Risk Services (CM TRS) to identify, assess and manage the technology risks to achieve the business objectives based in London on a rolling contract basis.

Responsibilities

* Assisting the Head of CM TRS Europe & Asia with developing the strategic CM TRS change agenda both in Europe and globally

* Engagement in risk assessment processes such as Application Security Risk Assessments (ASRAs), Supplier Security Risks Assessments (SSRAs) and Project Operational Risk Assessments (PORAs) as appropriate and as applicable for Europe and/or FIC Technology

* Assistance and facilitation of core global CM TRS processes such as Application Risk Ranking, user access attestations and Disaster Recovery (DR) event planning as applicable for Europe and/or FIC Technology

* Provide technology risk consultancy and guidance to CMIT technologists, primarily within Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Technology

* Attendance at / follow-up of CMIT Architecture Review Board Preliminary Project Review (PPR) meetings

* Technology risk analysis and reporting

Experience Required

* Professional qualification such as CISA, CISM or CISSP

* Minimum 3 - 5 years Financial Services experience, preferably within an Investment Banking / Capital Markets technology risk role

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Strong influencing and negotiation skills

* Pragmatic technology risk practitioner who is able to understand and articulate business impact from technology risk

* Highly-motivated, self-starter with experience of working for a non-UK headquartered Firm

* Ability to deal with ambiguity and work within a maturing IT Risk Framework

* Understanding of the UK regulatory environment

* Experience of operating within the 3 LoD governance framework

Preferred Skills

* This role would particularly suit an individual with an Integrated Technology Audit background

* Experience of working at / trained with one of the 'Big 4' accountancy Firms in a technology assurance / audit role
